To provide efficient operation of your air conditioning system it is essential that regular maintenance is carried out. This also protects the warranty and provides compliance with Building Regulations for economic operation of the plant.

A new well installed system should require little in the way of mechanical maintenance, although as a minimum, it is recommended that 2 visits per annum are made to check the controls and general performance of the equipment. It is essential that the filters are cleaned regularly and the frequency will depend on a number of factors. Our experienced engineers will make appropriate recommendations on a planned maintenance schedule.

No matter how carefully a system is maintained there is always the possibility of something going wrong. Should this happen, a call to our service department will have an engineer on their way to sort things out as quickly as possible.

As we deal with all major suppliers in the UK we can obtain spare parts direct and therefore ensure minimum down time.

Refrigerant 22 Phase Out

From the end of 2014 it will not be possible to provide replacement R22 refrigerant gas. Most of these systems can be replaced re-using existing pipework and converting to more efficient R410a refrigerant.
