Our expertise in designing & installing air conditioning in retail premises comes from a combined experience of over 100 years which gives us a full understanding of the importance of tight scheduling to meet target dates for store hand overs and openings.

Having worked with many of the leading retailers, we have designed and installed systems to blend in with the interior décor providing solutions for concealed plant and air distribution systems. From a simple and cost effective cassette style system to a fully integrated ducted or chilled water system, with our CAD design facility we can demonstrate options available for any given application.

We also work alongside a number of specialist retail consultants, honing pre-designed systems to overcome any site difficulties during construction. Our project team are technically trained to foresee potential design changes and to discuss and agree a solution.

We retain an excellent working relationship with shopfitters where we encourage the early agreement of co-ordinated drawings, realistic programmes and sufficient time to be allowed for correct commissioning of the air conditioning system.

Regular servicing of plant is all important to provide continued efficiency of operation, cleanliness of distributed air and to avoid unnecessary breakdowns. Warranties are also protected by complying with manufacturers recommended service schedules. Preventative maintenance contracts are offered on all our installations including intermediate filter cleaning where required.
